Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
We review applications
Once we've received your application, a member of the position's hiring team will review it. If you are a potential match, we'll schedule an introductory call to learn more about your skills and experience.
- Stage 2
Introductory Call with Hiring Manager
During the introductory call, the hiring manager will meet with you to gain insights into your background and provide an overview of our studio and the position. If there is a mutual fit, we will proceed to schedule an interview with more of our team.
- Stage 3
Team Interviews
During the team interview, you will have the opportunity to meet other developers you will be working with and gain a deeper understanding of the project and our studio culture. We will evaluate your skills while getting to know you better. Additionally, we will ensure that all your questions regarding the position are addressed.
- Stage 4
Hiring Manager identifies candidate to hire
After all interviews are completed, the team will convene to review the feedback. The hiring manager will use this feedback to decide whether to proceed. Based on the number of remaining candidates and pending interviews, a decision will be made regarding the extension of a formal offer.
- Stage 5
We extend an offer
Your formal offer will outline salary details, start date, benefits, and who you will report to. Once signed, we will move forward with final background check before starting the onboarding process with the team.
